There is a bug in 1.14.4 Minecraft that is being marked as "Resolved : Duplicate"

( Tipped Arrow damage not stacking with bow/crossbow damage )

But the issue is not resolved, and the Issue/Bug being claimed as being a duplicate does not apply to 1.14+

Because of this... a current bug is being repeatedly lost in the system.

Please either allow the creation of a new open bug for 1.14.4, or update MC-107856 so that it reflects the bugs existence still in 1.14.4 . This will put it as existing on the latest-version bug todo lists. Otherwise the bug will appear to be fixed in newer versions, without that actually being the case.
