It had been frozen for several in-game days but I hadn't noticed, I had stayed away from the bee. I logged in and out and it was still frozen. I changed to creative, still frozen. It unfroze after I built a platform under the bee and my cat teleported to it - my laptop lagged when that happened. I don't know what triggered it, the cat teleporting or me building near it, but it unfroze after that. It might have frozen because I was far away, but other bees didn't freeze as far as I noticed.
