Micro stutter when crossing into a new chunk

      I have noticed this only happens in 1.14.4 (as well as new snapshot). The game has this weird micro stutter that is definitely noticeable and quite annoying anytime you cross over into a new chunk. This does not happen in 1.14.3 at all. It is quite frustrating of a bug and I hope it can be fixed.
