I haven't played minecraft in a while now. every since the new 1.14.4 update i have not been able to play it because it crashes every time i create/join worlds. I have tried to contact minecraft but haven't been answered. i also tried to fix this issue myself by resetting my computer and then re-downloading minecraft in case if i had any bugs or whatever. (i know resetting my entire computer was a little bit over the top but i was angry this issue wasn't be delt with and been ignored by)

I have no idea why this is happening but i really hope that i can be finally answered.
