It is not possible to tame zombie horse and skeleton horse

      I know this bug has been reported and duplicated, but no one solves this.
      When you generate a zombie horse or a skeleton horse, you can not interact with them.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      To tame these horses and access their inventory

      What actually happened was...:
      You can not tame these horses

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Spawn these horses
      2. Try to feed or interact
