If you start a raid near an outpost, the pillagers that are spawned from that outpost, will be counted towards the raid. For instance, if the raid has 1 mob remaining in that wave, and the outpost spawns 2 pillagers, the raid will now have 3 mobs remaining. The makes it extremely slow, and very tedious to defeat the raid as the outpost will keep spawning more pillagers.

      How to reproduce.
      1. Place a bed and villager near an outpost, that should create a village.
      2. Give yourself the bad oman effect, and that should start a raid.
      3. You will see the raid bar freak out, and not spawn the first wave, as the pillagers from the outpost are already counted as part of the wave.
      4. You need to kill all pillagers from the outpost, for the bar to keep going, and try to spawn the wave.
      5. Of course more pillagers spawn in the outpost, creating a near endless cycle of just trying to get the raid to load in :/

      Expected result:
Pillagers from outposts would not be counted towards raids, allowing you to fight a raid normally, and without hassle. While also having the option of being attacked from an outpost if you are in the area
