I am running on Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon. My PC is a AMD FX-8120 with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce 1050Ti.

I just updated several of my worlds and noticed an odd / frustrating glitch. When I move around the direction I am looking glitches a fraction of a second later to a different direction. This makes it almost impossible to turn or walk around. It is absolutely impossible to fight mob since every time I turn towards them I end up facing the other way or staring at my feet or the sky.
I loaded back up 1.13.2 and it does not happen there. I have also noticed that it only happens in full screen mode. If I play in a window, as long as it is small enough, it doesn't happen. If it is too big or maximized (not F11) it still does it. It has also happened in several worlds.
I have tried removing / uninstalling everything and starting over with just my saved worlds and decreasing my video settings by turning off the Smooth Lighting and setting Graphics to fast. I have also tested it with and without resource packs. Nothing seems to make a difference.
There is a video to demonstrate HERE. I tried to attach the video here but it wouldn't. Anyway, it makes it all but impossible to play, would love any suggestions.
