The Villagers in 1.14 are getting stuck in the building at night when they are trying to get to there bed. So for example if you have built a cool house ( not a square house ) and you have the bed where there's a corner. You can thought fix it by placing blocks there but I think it would kinda push your creativity a little bit. It would be nice if it got fixed but there is no need really just that the Villagers gets attacked by the Zombies and you need to cure the Villagers, that process is really not needed just wanted you to know about it.
