Passive and Neutral animals seem to be completely useless - They don't move when you hit them, they don't move.

I was logging into a game from a previous 1.14 snapshot. I created a world in snapshot 19w02a and decided to try it in the newest snapshot. Then when I logged in my chickens were out of their 1*1 chicken farm. They seemed to be glitched through the block and out the other end. Then I see that my wolves don't move at all and when I hit a farm mob they don't try to run away.

What I expected to happen was...:
The normal.... playing and trying out the new snapshot in my previous world.

      What actually happened was...:
My chickens were everywhere and the animals wouldn't move

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Make a world in a previous snapshot
      2. Put animals near walls
3.Log the world in at the newest snapshot.
