I'm pretty sure this used to be an intended feature, that when your feet don't touch the ground underwater, sweeping edge doesn't work (mining is also slower, for example) but now that we got the aquatic update and that swimming and underwater mobs are a thing, shouldn't we be able to use our sword properly while swimming? Being attacked underwater by several drowned at the same time can be pretty deadly since we can't knock them all back with a sweep attack with a sword... Make sweeps possible while swimming, please?
