      The bug

      Arrows shot at entities can bounce off causing no damage. Yes I have confirmed that this is similar to MC-1428. If this post is set to resolved as dupe please at least reopen the original MC-1428.

      How to reproduce

      1. Use this command: 
        /give @p minecraft:crossbow{Enchantments:[{id:quick_charge,lvl:5}]} 1
      2. Randomly looking for an entity.
      3. Aim at the entity.
      4. Press the mouse right button quickly and continuously.
