Badlands mineshafts can spawn above sea level

      The abandoned mineshaft structure seems to spawn right inside the badlands biome, which are above sea level. Doubt that's an intended behavior.

      The seed is -5970833223396170005 and the coordinates are -580 ~ 1375.
