drowned are seriously lacking in the spawn department ive tried several seeds and went to the deep ocean and sat there for 30 minutes to an hour and not even 1 would spawn they only seem to spawn near the underwater structures and to my knowledge dont respawn once killed

i have windows 10 and am running 1.13.1 and i even ran in 1.13 and pocket spawns them like crazy hard to believe that such a huge difference between them even tho i know they are different games
