      Description

      Drowned accuracy is affected by difficulty, but not the throwing rate, unlike skeletons. To reproduce, fight one trident wielding drowned zombie in easy mode and one in hard mode (spawned or summoned at separate difficulty levels). Drowned on harder difficulties don't throw the trident faster.
