I just recently re-installed Minecraft after I noticed a few issues were going on. After it finished installing, it set up the native launcher and runtime perfectly fine. When I try to click " Download 1.12 " I get stuck at " Downloading patchy-1.1.jar 37 MB remaining " for around 5 minutes until it gives me the error message of

Please, can someone help me with this? I've tried repairing it, re-installing, running it in administrator mode, disabling my anti-virus, and even using the old launcher. I am not using any sort of mod or client such as Forge, Liteloader, etc.
