Sound gets stuck on if you switch world while riding a minecart.

How to recreate:
1. Hop in a minecart and ride it on a rail
2. Press escape and quit to title
3. Select another world. The sound is still playing for the minecart
4. (Bieffect of the issue) After you exit the second world too will have the sound stuck in the title screen.

The sound keeps playing and is constant even in the title screen. The only temporary fix is to reload textures and sound(F3 + T). Its only on 1.11.2 as ive tested on my other instances. Its not happening on 1.8.9. I have not tested the standard 1.11 as i dont have an instance for it.
