While mining blocks with a tool or a weapon for example with a sword, pickaxe, shovel or a hoe, the tool that i am holding goes down and up everytime i break a block. It's the same animation as switching between the items in the bar. I think this has to do with the combat update maybe it's not even a bug, but it's still a bit annoying to watch.
