While using command blocks to teleport a pig to a player, and down by 0.325 blocks (so when riding it, it doesn't fly into the sky) it will move when using carrot on a stick, but will teleport back after either about 5 seconds or the player stops holding the carrot on the stick. Also, if the pig moves then it will be that location when it teleports back.
