Description
Put the summary of the bug you're having here
What I expected to happen was...:
The record to stop playing since I left the world
What actually happened was...:
When I played a record with /playsound, I left the world with the record playing and it stopped playing since I went to the title screen. I created a new world and when I joined, the record I had just played started playing over. I quit the world, and it continued to play on the title screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into any world
2. Run the command "/playsound record.chirp record @a ~ ~ ~ 1.0 1.0 1.0" in a command block.
3. Leave the world with the record still playing.
4. Create a new world.
5. The record should play again in that world.
