Minecraft crashes upon joining worlds/servers!

      It all started a while back when i tried to join servers/worlds, and minecraft would freeze up, or a little message would pop up saying "Java not responding, close program or wait for program to respond" or something similar.
      I tried reinstalling minecraft probably 10 times or so, and nothing worked. I deleted the .minecraft folder, launched minecraft, and it reinstalled Minecraft that way. STILL didnt work. I tried reinstalling Java, which worked for a dya or so, but then minecraft kept crashing again. I have tried reinstalling Minecraft and java many times since, but nothing works :'(
      I do a Minecraft series for my youtube channel on my friends server, and I havent been able to for days. Please help! Thank you. Here is the crash log:
