Ender pearl thrown through nether portal teleports you far away (without entering the nether) if you glitch through block

      1. Create a nether portal
      2. With ender pearls in hand, throw one through the portal and make sure it hits the ground; not the frame.
      3. You should teleport but not where you expect.

      Note: You can also glitch through a nearby roof; this is how I discovered it because my nether portal was in a cave.

      Note 2: You do not enter the portal, the pearl should pass through and you should teleport into a block.

      Note 3: I was in survival when I discovered this. Again, this is not related to the known method of far teleportation via entering a portal after you throw a pearl.
