Put the summary of the bug you're having here

I expected for the chunks to load correctly, and display the correct blocks. This was not the case.

What happened instead was that chunks were flashing over my screen and displaying incorrect lighting, locations, etc..

Steps to Reproduce:
This bug happens randomly, but most often when you change your chunk render distance.
