So about a week ago my son went to exit the realm and tried to re-enter shortly after. He gets in but the game starts buggin out and the server drops me and another player. For about 10 mins after nobody can join when we get back in finally, he still cant join. First he gets a disconnection from server error then a unable to connect to world error. And each attempt knocks anybody playing on the server off. Every time! I have tried logging him in from different computers. As well as my phone and tablet. No other players I've invited have had this issue. and I don't feel I should have to create a whole new account for something I am eventually going to have to pay for. And I don't want to reset the realm. Micro$oft is no help whatsoever..please help....update???
