Arrow Flies In Wrong Direction When Fired From a Boat

      When riding a boat, if you shoot an arrow with a bow, the arrow will not fly where directed, but will veer off at an odd angle.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Ride a boat
      2. Aim and fire bow and arrow
      3. Notice the wrong direction that the arrow flies in

      Affects Realms in Creative and Survival. (Does not affect horses or mine carts.)

      Basically the same as MCPE-8482 but only affects MCPE Realms.
