Dear Sir/Madam

When trying to connect to my friends Minecraft realm world that before today I have connected perfectly fine however today I could not connect to.

Every time I tried to connect it would display a screen message saying "Failed to connect to the server ... io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException:Connection timed out: no further information: /20.82.216:30208"

I had tried to resolve this by before and after updating Minecraft, windows (PC), Java as well as troubleshooting my computer and troubleshooting wifi.

It turns out that turning off my VPN allowed me to connect and only then of which I am confused as I am sure (but cant be cirtain) that my VPN was always on prior to today when accessing the realm. 

Is this something you can change to allow VPN users to access realms with their VPN on? If their is a reason why VPN cant be used in conjunction with the realm subscription I would appreshiate a response detailing the reasons behind this.
