So basically this has been happening for months and months now, to the point that you can't even play the Realm. Ever since the 1.16 update, this has been happening at random times when you try to create a Realm. For me, this has happened three times.
The first time was when the update first launched for Bedrock Edition, because my friends and I wanted to experience the update in Realm format. I contacted support they weren't helpful at all. Then the bug got fixed for awhile in August, so Realms worked without an issue then. When I wanted to create another Realm in December, this also showed the same thing, meaning that the issue was never fixed at all. I don't know how though, the Realm did eventually create after 3-4 days, but it still wasted my subscription time.
This time, however, I thought it might've been just the same thing, waiting for a few days and the Realm would eventually create on its own, but it didn't. I created this Realm on January 25th, and I waited until today to see if it would create. It didn't. So I bought another Realm to see if that one would create instantly, but that also showed the same issue.
This is one of the bugs that Mojang has to fix. Playing multiplayer on Bedrock Edition is already so hard to pull off with Xbox accounts and without Realms it's even harder than before. I hope the support team reads this.
