My friends and I are really into Realms. I've already reported another bug that affects my map, and there may be some connection.

Main issue: Since there is no backup record like the Java Realms has where it indicates the worlds are being backed up, I have been trying to download the Realm once a week. Half the time the download stalls and the game itself becomes unresponsive (though the background image keeps rotating). Quitting and restarting fixes it, and it downloads. The meter while downloading tells me the size, and the latest was about 225 mb. However, when the save file appears in my recent games, it shows as .01 mb. When I open those games to test them, it starts a brand new world...no inventory is saved, equipment, and it doesn't even know that we enabled cheats. I have found the folder in Windows Explorer, and it says the size of the save folder is 4 kb every time.

Where is the game going? It shows a progress bar that gradually fills at roughly the rate I would expect on my network.

I was previously able to download the worlds. Before BTU released, I started this Realm, and started a random seed. This was downloadable and I still have it and it's playable. Then, when BTU released and Xbox players could join me, we imported a world that a friend had started on his xbox. He converted the world, uploaded it to Realms from his xbox, downloaded it from Realms on Windows 10, then shared with me. I imported it and uploaded to my Realm. This has caused a user ID conflict that I have detailed in another bug report.

Since this won't download, I can't trust that we can ever swap worlds if this world becomes corrupted or we just want to try something else out for a few weeks.
