Since the new update I haven't been able to gain access to the realm I pay for. Keeps coming up with

"unable to connect to world, please check your internet connection an try again."

I've already checked out the trouble shooting options you've got listed regarding connection issues. Already tried all options you have and still no luck. I'm assuming something has been broken through the new update I hear this is happening to a lot of players. Please rectify the issue as I pay for a service I should be getting. Not happy fix ASAP
