I played earlier for a while after work, but when trying to log in again to play with some friends, I got an error. I've gotten the same error every time i've tried to join for the past few hours. It's "io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception:  Connection refused:no further information:" I've tried changing permissions to the program through the firewall settings. I've even tried disabling my firewall and trying. No trouble shooting has worked and I'm on a public network to this complex so there is no way to reset my router.
