Other users are unable to connect to my Minecraft Realm as of about a week ago. I have attempted to open and close the realm several times, switch between worlds, etc. Only one user managed to gain access. Prior to about a week ago, everyone was able to join without issue.

The other users are reporting that they are stuck in the initial "Connecting" screen for several minutes with no success. No error screens have been reported, but the long connection times make it impossible for them to ever enter the realm. They have tried several times throughout the past week to connect to the server. They are playing the base game without any added shaders or any modifications like Optifine etc.

I removed and re-added a few of the friends to see if that might correct the issue, but they still are unable to connect. I also toggled operator for the users to see if this resolved the issue or not.

Customer support suggested I create a ticket here, as I have limited options as Realm Host for my friends to resolve the bug on my end. Thank you for your time!
