Xbox One S - Windows 10 Better Together Realm
I am the owner of my Realm and am experiencing a few problems that only seem to affect me, not other realm players, including my boyfriend who plays on his Xbox in the same room at the same time, on the same internet connection.
100% of the time when I open Minecraft and go to my start playing, it says 'Unable to Connect to Realms' or 'We are unable to connect to realms at this time, try again soon'. The ONLY way I have found to be able to login, is to hard restart my Xbox One S. Usually it resolves on the first restart but sometimes it takes as many as 5 restarts (up to 15 minutes of my time). Quitting the game, or signing out and back in, doesn't seem to resolve it. I have gigabit internet speed and like I said, doesn't affect my boyfriend who plays on the Realm with the same internet. He also doesn't have this issue when he plays on my Xbox instead of his.
I should also point out, that if I leave the realm, I have the same issue. I cannot get back in, I get the same messages and have to go through the hard restart process again. This is very bothersome to say the least, especially when I am the one paying for the service and it is unreliable for me to access when I want to access my Realm. I haven't seen any other reports of this same issue but I am really hoping it has a resolution soon! Thanks for your time!
