My friend and I just bought a subscription to Minecraft realms so we could play Minecraft together. We both have macs and live a few hours apart. However, EVERY time we attempt to log on, we find only one of the two of us can be online at the same time. The other player gets the "Connecting..." screen for an INDEFINITE (15 minutes+) amount of time. We tried resetting all the settings, all the worlds, even reinviting all the members of the realm, and NOTHING worked. We even had my friend use up his free trial and start a new realm. In the NEW realm he created we had the exact SAME problem. Something is seriously wrong here, and it isn't fair that either of us should have to pay for this. My friend deserves to have his free trial back (JakeySnakey575) and I deserve a FULL refund (DaMightyA) or else the issue needs to be fixed and one of the two of us refunded (because we only need one realm). I appreciate your time looking into this matter as it is extremely frustrating on our end and we have tried everything. We have done tons of trouble shooting to no avail.
