I have purchased realms plus multiple times thinking I'd need to in order to continue creating realms. My son now has three realms which I am unable to add his worlds to. Every time I click on replace, and error pops up. It just says error. Same thing happens if I try to replace or reset it. I've now paid for three realms plus subscriptions (within a few weeks of each other) that we cannot use or modify. The worlds are not too large, I've even attempted creating a new world with 0-2mb and it still won't work. He has a Microsoft account and Nintendo switch online account. I even went as far as purchasing and downloading Minecraft in his iPad and creating an Xbox live account to see if I could fix his realms on his iPad, but now none of his worlds are showing up at all on his iPad. It would be lovely if someone could assist before our multiple unused broken realms subscriptions expire.
