Hi there,
I have a 10+ realm which was paid for 30 days. Four days before it expired I extended the subscription via the Mincraft subscription menu, again for 30 days. The payment was successfully performed and verified by Microsoft.
However, the Realm still shows that 0 days are left. For some reason the realm (luckily) still works. However, I can't extend it anymore now. And the obviously the payment was properly assigned.
Can you please fix this?
I was in contact with Microsoft support. They verified that the payment was done and sent me to Mojang support. They verified that this sounds like a bug and send me here.
Update 2020-07-20:
MineCraft now states that my Realm is expired. Although I paid for it. Obviously the payment did not get assigned. Please fix this!
