My realm has been inaccessible for around 3 days now from multiple accounts and ip addresses all getting the same error as follows:

io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectExecption: Connection timed out: no further information

We have tested the firewall and it is not the problem. This on top of multiple people from different continents being unable to access the realm points to a server side issue.

We are also unable to download the world in the client as it gets stuck in the "preparing world download" phase. (Attempted multiple times, left alone for approx 1 hour)

All guidelines on the Minecraft website were followed before opening this ticket.
