Kelp is not growing ***not the same issue as MCPE-57330***

      Kelp will start at age 25 and not grow at all. Has nothing to do with the change noted in MCPE-57330 or ticking speed. Bone meal does not make it grow at a height of 1 block so the plant is spawned in at age 25 and will not grow, rendering my automatic kelp farm totally useless. Again different issue than MCPE-57330.
