Certain players connect to realm and only stay connected for a few minutes before the game kicks them back to the start screen with a message that says unable to connect to server. The player in question is on Xbox one. I am also on Xbox one sometimes but I also use the realm on my PC and my phone neither of which have a connection issues. When the player disconnects there is a lag Spike on the entire server and then he gets kicked and others stay on. I have downloaded the realm deleted the realm and re-uploaded the realm onto my Xbox one and from my Xbox one the file size is about 70 mb when I download it.

the world on the realm is from Xbox 360 and was updated to Xbox one through Minecraft Xbox one edition and then later updated to The better together AKA bedrock edition. On a side note I was looking for ports to map for Xbox one realms maybe to see if that helps his connection issues however I cannot find a list of ports are there any I can open 2 see if he has less connection issues then. He has a open NAT type on his Xbox one and UPnP settings enabled on router. If there are ports that can be open maybe you can update the connection issues web page for realms to include list of ports for different o.s. ex. Xbox one PC Mobile
