My realm got expired, I renewed it , and it created a new realm instead of renewing the old realm. I don’t want a new realm. But it already charged me, now I have to pay for both realms, I already canceled the subscription of the new realm, but how can I get refound? I definitely clicked on the “renew”button not “create a new realm” I thought I paid for my old realm, this is scam!!!
