My friends and I have a Minecraft Realm. At 9:20pm 18/08/18, all players online were kicked simultaneously. Now attempting to access the realm causes minecraft to crash for anyone, regardless of computer or network. 

The world had been open for a few hours when the crash happened. There had been several connection issues before hand, where some players would be kicked as soon as they joined. There were 5 people online, and the realm could hold 10.

The players were on separate networks, some in different cities, all in New Zealand. The realm shows 4 players online, even though no-one can join. There were 5 players online when it crashed.
