Still can't access realms

      I have been unable to access my realm now for the last 72 hours when attempting to connect through the worlds/realms It shows but when I click to connect I get unable to connect user name "o DuTcH 67 o" chrisholland1967@live.co.uk.

       

      Store edit and local files have no issues I can even download to worlds and it opens
