This was originally reported as REALMS-11128 but that has been marked resolved even though it is not. I'm creating a new report because of that.

When using multiple texture packs, only the bottom pack loads properly.

In my case, we use Mizuno as our base pack and then have some custom textures, sounds, and text. This worked perfectly on Realms for a long time up until a year and a half ago. At that point only the sounds and text from our custom pack loaded but not the textures. Packs load perfectly when playing locally but not on Realms. My custom pack is confirmed within Minecraft as being "error free" too. This bug is Realms specific. Please fix it so resource packs load properly on Realms just like they do for local worlds. Thank you.
