XBox X/S resource packs mixing and duplicating pack.pngs and loading resource packs out of arrangement.

To duplicate install resource packs on PC to a realm on bedrock edition. Log into realm on XBox X/S and select download resource packs from the realm. From there you can either go into the settings -> resource packs and observe multiple resource packs using assets from other resource packs, examples would include one pack.png being used across multiple, different resource packs. Also will load resource packs out of arrangement.

Observed behaviors are packs are loading improperly and in error.

Expected behaviors are the packs will load properly and use individual assets properly.
