player activity not working

    • when I go look to see who has played on my server it does not show. the skins are all messed up and it won't give a player count 

      I'm using the latest java version out there. I'm just on windows. I never updated to Minecraft windows 10. the game works fine I just can't view who comes and goes. this started 2 months before the new Minecraft update.
