If you try to make a world with behavior packs and resource pack it downloads and enables sonic the hedgehog's resource pack of 42 mega bytes

Steps to reproduce:

1. enable 3 more behavior packs

2. enable 5 resource packs

3. load into the world

4. it will now be sonic

5. when you leave and check the resource packs there will be a downloaded sonic pack that was applied and it won't let you play without it.

(The pack is a HIVE server resource pack)
