Behavior Packs are not downloading when player logs into Realms from a PC or Switch.

For Example: Escape the Horror House Part 2. I purchased the pack and downloaded it to my realm from my PC. When I logged on from my switch, the behavior pack did not download. It is listed as Unknown Name: This pack is missing! If I delete the world template from my PC and attempt to enter the realm from my PC, the resource packs will download but the behavior pack will not.
