Good evening,

I pay for 2 different realms, each with 3 worlds on it.  One realm is fine, however one is expired.  I attempted to renew my realm subscription (the one with "The Holloway's Survival Realm" linked to it, but it is still saying expired.  I updated my subscription about 3-4 days ago and it says it went through, but it keeps saying "expired".  I chatted with a game expert tonight and did the following things as I was told to try:

1. Log off every device completely we have Minecraft loaded on
2. Log back in and have it refreshed
3. Installed on a separate device that did not have Minecraft on it already and see if it shows active on that device...it did not and still shows up as expired.

I was told to email a bug report to have this looked into.  I do not want to pay for a realm that we can't use.  We also do not want to lose all the progress we have already made in the realm.

Could you please look into this and please let me know.  I am logged into my account with 1 of 3 emails I have as my kids and I use all 3 of my email addresses to access our accounts.  I checked my subscriptions page and it says my next payment is due on November 15, 2022.  Does this mean it will not go active until then?  We have 3 worlds attached to this subscription.
