I paid for a realm and it keeps on giving me a message that my payment was successful but we can't create the realm right now and check back later on this device it's been 24 hours and same message appears

What I expected to  

Once I paid for it I expected to allow to enter the world and start my world like in the past.

What actually happened 

A message appeared that payment was successful but we can't create the realm right now check back later on this device I waited 24 hours and same message appears

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on create new world and click on create on realm server
2. It will then ask you if you would to continue with your purchase click ok
3. It will say creating realm then "that" message will pop up
