My boyfriend and I played for several hours on Sunday (6/12/2022) and collected many items (mining, etc.) and additionally, I gained about 10 levels during this session. (previous session I had be knocked out to 0)

When I logged on today (6/14/2022), I was back where I wrapped things up on Saturday evening (6/11/2022), which I remember vividly, as I had just died and been knocked down to 0 lives (I ended the session with level 4). My boyfriend also logged on and lost his progress from Sunday.

We are missing any backups from Sunday, 6/12/2022 (see attached screenshot). We are missing hours worth of progress in the realm. It is very sad.

Is there any way we can get this progress back? Or hopefully prevent this from happening again?
