Whenever I try to create my realm that I paid for the screen says " your purchase succeeded but we couldn't create your realm right now. We will create your room as soon as possible please check on this device later" it's been 24hrs and the screen still shows whenever I try to create the realm. I am upset because I am still getting charged for the subscription even know the days are going by and I don't have access to the realm that I paid for
