My son tried to sign in the the account to play minecraft. 

Unfortunately, the app was crashing when he pressed sign in and jump all the times to the home screen (not in the app).

I unistalled and installed it again, but nothing happened. I did a hard reset to the tablet to erase any conflict with any new application, didn;t work.

The app was running perfect back in July,

The Huawei tablet we purchased in May 2020 as present for his birthday to play minecraft on 10" screenwith his friend is useless. It is very sad and I am very furstated that doesn't wotk.

Can you please provide me with your help?
